We understand Internet ordering can be difficult being that you cannot inspect the product in advance. To put your mind at ease, we provide a 5-day exchange policy.

Before Using Hair: Shampoo and condition your virgin hair extension prior installing.


•  Wash in cool water

•  When washing your hair extension do not massage or twist the hair

•  Apply a generous amount of conditioner

•  Do not apply conditioner to areas where the extensions are attached

•  After washing, allow to air dry (don’t roll or rub hair into a towel)

Styling: 2-3 bundles are needed for a full weave depending on desired fullness. 20’ and longer 3 bundles are needed for a full weave.

Exchanges are accepted within 5 business days. Shipment charges will be made on all exchanges by the customers. PLEASE NOTE: exchanges can only be accepted by telephone confirmation. Because of hygienic purposes, exchanges are not accepted for brushed, comb, washed, color or texture dissatisfaction only for items which are UNOPENED AND UNUSED; all exchanges must be returned in the original package.

•  No refunds will be permitted

•  Shipping/handling and insurance fees are the customer’s expense

Flawless Hair Company orders can now be placed online to be picked up at the store location. Just place your order under the “shop now” tab and input your customer information. You will be contacted to determine a pick up date/time.

Our Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 9:00am to 9:00pm EST. All orders that are shipping must be received before 3:00pm EST. All orders are processed and shipped the same day (if in stock).

Flawless Hair Company will not ship to P. O Boxes. All orders will have a signature confirmation. All orders will come with a tracking number. We will only ship to the billing address associated with the credit card used for your payment.


All orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS postal with a tracking number. We will provide you with a link to track your package on the website.

Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs. We cannot distinguish orders placed separately, shipping fees will apply to each of them. We recommend that you group your items into one order.

Flawless Hair Company aims to provide you with prompt delivery service. Orders are processed and posted daily. Your order’s tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been posted. If the items you wish to purchase are out of stock, you will be notified immediately with the new estimated delivery date. Orders placed during national holidays may arrive 1-2 delivery days later than normal. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will Ship on the following Monday or Tuesday.
